HOW ROTARY WORKS?

CONNECT | EXCHANGE IDEAS | CHANGE LIVES

YES REALLY

Through Rotary clubs, people from all continents and cultures come together to exchange ideas, form professional connections and change lives making a difference in their backyards and globally.

TOGETHER WE MAKE FRIENDS

Rotary is our members, who share a passion for getting things done through friendship

ACHIEVING THINGS

Through club activity  our members come together to strengthen friendships and try to make the world a better place…. Impact comes through our friendship to see a world where people unite to create lasting change

TOGETHER WE CHANGE LIVES

We are community champions who stand up for our community

HELING PEOPLE TO HELP THEMSELVES

Clubs often come together to collectively support our national initiatives such as Know Your Blood Pressure Day and Community Emergency Support, which provides assistance to communities following major emergencies or disasters

TOGETHER WE ERADICATE POLIO GLOBALLY

Few people under 50 in the UK will know anything about the devistating effects of this disease.

DOWN TO ZERO

Once a worldwide scourge, concentrated vaccination efforts have caused the total number of cases to drop from about 350,000 in 1988 to to just single figures in Afghanistan and Pakistan
